
Main Job Responsibilities as Sr. Influencer Marketing Operations Specialist:
- Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
- Influencer Campaign Management
- Contribute ideas to the influencer campaigns.
- Conduct influencer research specific to the audience, content, and messaging fit for each campaign or pitch request.
- Manage and monitor influencer campaigns from start to finish.
- Communicate and establish a good working relationship with influencers.
- Coordinate with the team for promotional ideas specific to the campaign.
- Create a campaign performance report for evaluation and improvement.
- Community Management
- Attend to community inquiries on PopStar social media.
- Coordinate with the team for ideas on how to improve the application.
Requirements:
- A degree related to Marketing, Advertising, Sales, PR, and Communications
- Has at least 2 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing.
- Good to have: Has experience in Influencer Marketing or Content Creator Relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, agile, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
