Job Responsibility:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Designer (Senior Associates/Team Lead) at PopStar. The Creative Designer will be responsible for tasks related to creative design, graphics, branding, and social media key visual design. This role is primarily located in Manila but offers flexibility for some remote work.
- Design: Create graphic assets for print and digital media, including illustrations, icons, patterns, and more
- Brand: Develop and update brand style guides and templates, and ensure designs follow brand guidelines
- Collaboration: Work with clients and team members to understand design requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to interpret concepts
- Mentoring: Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction
- Research: Stay updated on design trends and research new design ideas
- Communication: Have excellent communication skills and be able to talk knowledgeably about design
- Software: Be skilled with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe After Effects and CapCut.
Leadership and Management (as a Team Lead):
- Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, motion graphics artists, and video editors.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize production efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
