
📁 What You Will Do:
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the Indonesian finance team to ensure high
performance and alignment with company values.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 sessions, set individual goals (KPI/OKR), and oversee
performance reviews.
- Ensure alignment with company vision, mission, core values, and leadership
practices (OPO & HRT).
- Payroll & Expense Oversight
- Oversee the accurate and timely execution of payroll and related employee
expense reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws regarding payroll
and benefit structures.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Supervise monthly and annual financial closing processes, including
preparation of General Ledger, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss statements.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial reports.
- Provide analysis and insights on financial performance, trends, and
cost-saving opportunities.
- Tax and Statutory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory reporting
requirements.
- Oversee timely and accurate submission of tax reports (PPN, PPh, etc.) and
liaise with external tax consultants.
- Maintain good relationships with auditors, legal advisors, and/or government
PICs
- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure healthy liquidity and timely
fulfillment of financial obligations.
- Oversee petty cash processes and ensure adequate documentation for
operational spending.
- Invoice and Collection
- Supervise the accuracy of client invoicing and ensure alignment with contracts
and scope of work.
- Coordinate collections and follow-ups with internal teams or clients as
needed.
- Vendor & Compliance Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and processing of vendor payments, tax
documentation (NPWP, PKP, etc.), and vendor onboarding requirements.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies in all
finance-related matters.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with other departments (HR, Operations, Project Teams) to
resolve finance-related matters smoothly.
- Support internal stakeholders with timely financial data and analysis
- Continuous Improvement & Ad-Hoc Support
- Identify areas for process improvements in the finance function and
recommend solutions.
- Support management with special projects, audits, and ad-hoc financial tasks
as needed.
- Finance & Risk Management - Partnership
- Lead financial aspects of business and payment gateway partnerships,
including credit risk management, invoicing, margin monitoring, payment
terms, and collection oversight.
- Represent the finance team in partner meetings when necessary, working
closely with the Business and Operations teams to ensure aligned financial
execution and governance.

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks
