
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment:
- Fully understand and integrate the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) into the sales strategy and daily operations. ****
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities through comprehensive business mapping, networking, and analysis of industry trends and growth projections.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, particularly at mid-level and senior-level positions, to foster new business opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Develop and present sales reports, forecasts, and projections to manager/ head of department, providing insights into sales performance and future opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, utilizing tools like HubSpot to track progress and ensure consistent lead generation.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and engage with stakeholders across various departments (Accounts, Operations, Project Management, Finance) to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless project execution.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Forecast sales targets and growth projections, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Operations, Project Management, and HR teams to align sales initiatives with overall company goals and ensure the sales team has the necessary support and resources.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by senior management to support the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of working experience as Sales/ Account in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Advertising Agency, Media, Publishers.
- Excellent digital product knowledge; Influencer Marketing, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong database and connection with potential clients for digital services.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Confidence, persuasive manner, strong problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to strategize, set budgets, and deliver results at a senior level.
- Good interpersonal abilities, outgoing personality who can thrive in a team.
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
